Project Manager
Lauren Long is a Project Manager for Jackson Cross Partners in the Advisory Services group, managing one of JCP’s larger client portfolios.
Lauren has over 20 years of Commercial Real Estate experience, with a background in various aspects of the industry. Prior to joining Jackson Cross, Lauren worked at a national management company as well as a large Philadelphia based real estate firm. Lauren has an extensive background with lease administration, lease review, CAM and TAX billing, client/tenant relations and account management. She assisted with creating new procedures and reporting functions as well as working with many internal departments to strategize and create standards for lease review, capital expenditures and reconciliation of common area expenses. She has experience in lease negotiations, fixed CAM, lease audits and various accounting functions.
