Data Analyst
Kenneth Callaghan joined Jackson Cross Partners in March 2022 as a Data Analyst. In the CRE department he helps manage and perform analysis on several key markets in the U.S., holds an admin title for our database, and performs lease abstraction for our clients. On the side Ken created and helps manage our internal employee newsletter.
Ken graduated from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania where he received B.A.’s for his degrees in Communication Studies, and Cinema, Television, and Production. He was a member of the Entrepreneurship club and Tau Delta Phi fraternity, where he helped volunteer at philanthropic events sponsored by the American Lung Association of Pennsylvania. A long-time lover of learning, Ken has spent most of his free time learning how to program in the object-oriented programming language, Python, to obtain several data analysis/general programming certifications like CLI, Natural Language Processing, Blockchain Technology, Web Scraping, Chatbot creation, and more.
