A tradition since 1980, the 36th Annual Wilmington Real Estate Forecast breakfast is Tuesday, December 8th. The event, held at the DuPont Hotel, brings together leaders in the legal, corporate users, government, development, and banking sectors.
The event begins at 7:30am with continental breakfast in the Gold Ballroom followed by an opening speech, presentations and guest speakers. The schedule of the events has never changed since the inception, a tradition that has contributed to the high attendance rate.
The Jackson Cross Company launched this breakfast 36 years ago to help boost interest in commercial real estate ventures throughout Delaware. Pete Davisson has organized the event since 1984. The Jackson Cross Company was bought and eventually, Mr. Davisson and his partners founded Jackson Cross Partners in 2003. In addition to being a leader in the Delaware/Pennsylvania /New Jersey commercial real estate industry, Pete is also a member of the prestigious SIOR.
