Transaction Manager
Scott Siegfeldt is a Transaction Manager with Jackson Cross Partners in the Commercial Real Estate Strategies Department. Scott is responsible for the negotiation of lease transactions nationwide for one of the nation’s largest outpatient physical therapy providers.
Prior to joining Jackson Cross Partners, Scott spent 18 years with Thomas Jefferson University where for the last 14 years he was responsible for the oversight of the Jefferson real estate portfolio. This portfolio encompassed 140 leases covering over 1.25 million square feet with annual rents in excess of 30 million dollars. Additionally, focus was placed on building and maintaining the relationships with tenants, landlords and brokerages.
Mr. Siegfeldt is a graduate of Cornell University where he earned a BS degree in Business.
