Director of Industrial/Flex Brokerage
Nick Adams is a Director with Jackson Cross Partners (JCP). Nick specializes in the Industrial and Flex style projects in Montgomery, Bucks and Lehigh Counties. Nick is actively representing building owners, landlords, developers, buyers and tenants in his market. To date Nick has transacted well over Three Million Square Feet of Industrial / Flex space in his respective market and beyond.
Representative Projects include:
- Best Made Center, Quakertown: Sold the Roselon 60,000 SF building to
a developer who repurposed the facility into Class A office space.
ClientLink: Represented the Tenant to lease 65,000 SF with an option
to purchase. - Clemens Uniform and BioArra: Represented each client in the
purchase of an existing 60,000 SF building for the expansion of their
business. - Quaker Safety and Williams Form Engineering: Represented each
client in a 30,000 SF Build to Suit project for the expansion into their
new facility.
Nick is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University. He is a member of the Commercial Chapter of the Suburban West Realtors’ Association and is currently completing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Nick, an active member of the community, is a volunteer member of the Montgomery County chapter of Habitat for Humanity. He resides with his wife and three children in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
