Portfolio Manager
Lynette joined Jackson Cross Partners in 2022 as a Portfolio Manager supporting the Advisory team.
Prior to joining Jackson Cross, Lynette worked at First Citizens Bank as a property administration manager. Her responsibilities included reviewing and abstracting leases and other real estate contracts, maintaining the real estate database, processing monthly rents, reviewing reconciliations, preparing annual budget data and providing support and training during the implementation of new database applications including ProLease, Visual Lease and CoStar Real Estate Manager.
