Krista joined Jackson Cross Partners in June 2025 as a member of the Advisory Services Group. She brings over two decades of experience in Commercial and Retail Real Estate, with a strong focus on Lease Administration and related functions including Accounts Payable, Lease Abstraction, and CAM Audits.
Before joining Jackson Cross, Krista played a key role at a fast-growing lease management software company, supporting clients in lease administration, CAM Audits, and abstraction services. She also spent more than 10 years in Lease Administration at a major American multinational banking and financial services firm, managing complex real estate portfolios across various asset types.
Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from The Ohio State University. Her deep industry knowledge, operational expertise, and client-focused approach contribute meaningfully to the firm’s mission of delivering strategic real estate solutions.
