Industrial Brokerage Associate
Joe Lange joined Jackson Cross Partners in January, 2023 as a commercial real estate salesperson with a concentration on industrial and flex style projects. He is actively representing tenants, sellers, developers, and landlords in his market.
Prior to joining Jackson Cross full-time, Joe interned at JCP during the summer of 2022 with the brokerage division. During his time, he developed a strong understanding of many all essential areas of real estate development in the commercial sector including legality in transactions, market trends assessment, lease overviews, cold calling tactics, marketing analysis, shifting economic nuances, business measurement tools, and CoStar navigation. Not only was Joe exposed to copious amounts of information through his mentors in the brokerage department, but he was also tasked with cataloging specific property and contact information for the brokers, that would later generate leads for successful transactions.
Joe is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the States of New Jersey, Delaware, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He graduated from the University of Delaware where he obtained a Bachelor of Science with a minor in Entrepreneurship.
