Data Entry Specialist
Brandon Clemow joined Jackson Cross Partners in November of 2022 as a Data Entry Specialist, working on processing batch spreadsheets, translations and helping administer Power BI, a platform used to visualize data.
Prior to Jackson Cross, Brandon worked on the IT help desk at Arcadia University assisting both students and faculty with technical problems including wi-fi and ethernet issues, laptop maintenance and repair and classroom technology issues. Brandon was promoted to the networking team, where he worked under the network engineer troubleshooting network issues throughout the university. This involved a wide variety of IT projects addressing everything from simple issues like wi-fi connectivity to more complicated problems like replacing and rewiring network switches.
Brandon is a graduate from Arcadia University with a Bachelor of Arts in computer science and a minor in history. He was President of the Gaming Club and an avid e-sports participant and an assistant to the esport director.
