Congratulations to JCP Partner Cate Sennett for receiving the Tri County Realtors Community Service Award. The “Making a Difference in Suburban West Community” Award is presented annually to members who are making an extraordinary impact on their community through volunteer work. Cate was nominated by The Chester County Fund for Women & Girls, an organization she has been involved with on many levels. As part of the award, the Chester County Fund will receive a $5000 grant from the Tri County Suburban Realtors Association.
Cate has been working with the Fund for numerous years serving as a Board Member as well as creating the “Champions of Change” event. As Cate explains this award is an affirmation of the Fund’s message, “I have been fortunate enough to personally see the critical impact the Fund has made in helping Women and Children. By highlighting the Fund and awarding this grant, we can continue to provide resources and opportunities for generations of Women and Children in Chester County. “
Cate Sennett is a Partner at Jackson Cross Partners, a commercial real estate strategies company. As an attorney, she help to create and manage the internationally recognized Advisory Division. She works with Fortune 100 companies abstracting and populating lease databases. Cate and her husband Tom have lived in Chester County for over 30 years.
