Jackson Cross Partners (JCP) has recently been named Real Estate Partner for Reading Health Systems (RHS).JCP’s role is working on a tactical short term real estate objective to deal with acquisitions, dispositions and portfolio strategy. This collaboration will be headed by JCP’s Paul Rogers, Executive Director of Asset Management. As Rogers explains, “Reading Health Systems is a well-respected provider in the area. Rogers recently joined JCP’s CRE Strategies division, bringing more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate. JCP’s CRE Strategies division has been working health care companies, for years, to find ideal locations, negotiate better leases and reduce costs.
