JCP’s Neil DeRiemer Joins Board of Directors

Neil DeRiemer was recently installed to the Board of Directors for the Suburban West Realtors Association (SWRA). The organization provides resources and programs to more than 5500 members in the Chester County and Delaware Valley area. DeRiemer will represent the Association’s newly formed Commercial Realtor’s Chapter on the board.

As a 44-year veteran of the commercial real estate industry in the Delaware Valley, Mr. DeRiemer has extensive knowledge of the area’s growth. He is a co-founder of the Chester County Industrial Council and served as its President for two years.  In his new role as board member, Neil hopes to contribute his experience and insight to fulfill the goals of the organization, “SWRA is predominantly made up of residential realtors, so this position is a great opportunity to help educate those members on the aspects of commercial real estate as well as enhance business knowledge, professionalism and client services for those in the commercial sector”.

SWRA was chartered in the 1920’s as Chester County Association of REALTORS and merger 1996 with the Delaware Valley Association. It is the largest local realtor association in the area. In 2016, SWRA founded the Commercial Chapter of SWRA. Within a year, it grown to 160 members.

Neil DeRiemer is a realtor with Jackson Cross Partners in Wayne, PA. He has been involved with commercial real estate since 1972. His specialty is real estate development and has worked on projects in excess of $112 million.
