JCP’S NEWEST MEMBER OF OUR CRE STRATEGIES TEAM

Jackson Cross Partners (JCP) is pleased to welcome H. Scott Siegfeldt to the CRE Strategies team. Siegfeldt’s primary role will be negotiating lease transactions for one of the nation’s largest outpatient physical therapy providers.
Most recently, Scott oversaw Thomas Jefferson University’s real estate portfolio. As JCP Partner John Morrissey, SIOR explains, “Scott’s decades of experience and insight is a great asset for our expanding CRE Strategies team. His familiarity with the both the healthcare and commercial real estate fields brings another level of capability as we take on more work from existing clients as well as new clients.”

In addition to a career in commercial real estate, Siegfeldt has a background in hotel management. He is a graduate of Cornell University and currently lives in New Jersey with his wife and rescue dog.

Jackson Cross Partners’ CRE Strategies team provides a proactive management approach to companies’ real estate assets. Working as third party advisor, JCP is able to negotiate better leases and reduces costs through tactical portfolio analysis.
