Jackson Cross Partners (JCP) expands its national commercial real estate services platform by securing a 403,750 square foot lease in Tennessee. The Class A logistics building for West Chester, PA based Communications Test Design, Inc. (CTDI) is located just outside Nashville.
CTDI is a full-service global engineering, repair and logistics company with over 75 facilities worldwide. Jackson Cross Partners’ David Mackey and John Morrissey, SIOR negotiated this latest national lease after CTDI decided not to renovate its facility. “Because JCP has handled major assignments across the US and Canada, we’re able to partner with local brokers to make strategic leases,” explains JCP’s David Mackey. Terry E. Smith, SIOR with Colliers International provided local market assistance for CTDI and John Ward with Cushman and Wakefield represented the landlord.
Jackson Cross Partners’ Mackey and Morrissey have successfully represented CTDI in more than 100 transactions totaling over 5.0M square feet of leasing activity in over 40 markets. As Paul Cardell, Vice President- Corporate Operations for CTDI explains, “We would not be where are today without the good work JCP has done in enabling us to grow our network of world-class facilities”.
