JCP’s Pete Davisson graces the cover of Delaware Business Times. He organizes the Annual Wilmington Real Estate Forecast breakfast, where the who’s who of Delaware discuss the economic future. The event, held at the DuPont Hotel, brings together leaders in the legal, corporate users, government, development, and banking sectors. This year, Delaware Governor Jack A. Markell delivered the welcoming remarks.
The Jackson Cross Company launched this breakfast 36 years ago to help boost interest in commercial real estate ventures throughout Delaware. Pete Davisson has spearheaded the event since 1984. The Jackson Cross Company was bought and eventually, Mr. Davisson and his partners founded Jackson Cross Partners in 2003. In addition to being a leader in the Delaware/Pennsylvania /New Jersey commercial real estate industry, Pete is also a member of the prestigious SIOR.
