Sean P. Gale, a Temple University student, was the well-deserved recipient of this year’s $3,000 scholarship sponsored by the SIOR Philadelphia Chapter and the SIOR Foundation (SIORF) in recognition of his academic excellence at the University.
“We were honored to present this year’s award because we felt that Sean encompassed all the qualities that make him the perfect recipient for the scholarship,” stated Philip Rothenberg, SIOR Past President of the Philadelphia Regional Chapter and Broker at Jackson Cross Partners. Gale is beginning his senior year at the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University, aiming for his BA in Business Administration with a concentration in real estate and finance. He has been on the dean’s list throughout his college career and will be sitting for his Pennsylvania real estate license this month. Sean’s ultimate goal is to pursue a law degree with a specialization in real estate law to start his career in a dynamic market like Philadelphia.
