Catherine Swift Sennett, Esquire is the Partner in Charge of Advisory Services for Jackson Cross Partners. She has been a licensed attorney since 1983 as well as a licensed real estate broker in PA and NJ.
As Director of Advisory Services, Ms. Sennett manages a full time staff of six attorneys and real estate professionals as well as thirty attorney contractors who assist JCP on large scale abstracting and lease administration projects. Catherine has developed and implemented an attorney/paralegal training program for lease abstracting and document management that is tailored to the unique Client requirements of each Advisory Services project.
Ms. Sennett has also worked on significant advisory real estate projects including:
- Developed a file review and imaging process to populate a portfolio database for McDonald’s Corporation’s 18,000 site parcels in the United States.
- Participated on a project team that renegotiated 31 leases for Allegheny Child Care Academy, an investment of LLR Partners LLC, reducing operating expenses by over 20% and saving over $7.3M.
- Directed the file review and abstracting of several major real estate acquisitions on behalf of General Electric Company. Additionally, developed a file review and imaging process for all real estate legal documents for input into the GE corporate database.
Ms. Sennett received her Juris Doctor Degree from Villanova School of Law in 1983 and is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as well as the Eastern District of the United States. A 1980 graduate of Drexel University, she is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and a Real Estate Salesperson in the State of New Jersey. Catherine is also an Adjunct Professor in the Drexel University School of Law’s Co-Op Program. Catherine is a Board Member of the Chester County Fund for Women and Girls, a non-profit, grant making organization geared towards providing financial support for women and children. She additionally serves on various committees for the Fund and performs other volunteer work in her community.
