William Fritz, CPA

Bill is Chief Financial Officer for Jackson Cross Partners where he has responsibility for all operational activities including: accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, licensure and risk management. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 1991 and has over twenty years of financial and operational experience serving many sizes and types of businesses in either a business advisor capacity or serving as their CFO or Controller.

Bill began his career with Deloitte & Touche where he assisted a variety of private and public companies with accounting, audit and tax services. At Deloitte & Touche, Bill became a SEC and industry specialist in a number of areas, including manufacturing, healthcare, employee benefits, high education and not-for-profit organizations. As an Accounting and Auditing Manager with Deloitte & Touche, Bill was involved in the startup of two prominent not-for-profit initiatives, the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation and Lehigh Valley Business/Education Partnership.

After eight years, he joined the Plexus Group, a management and consulting company serving healthcare organizations. At Plexus, Bill was responsible for managing the finances of several client organizations with combined revenues of approximately $25 million. In 1999, Bill left Plexus Group to join Padcom, a private equity funded technology startup that provided infrastructure software and services to enterprise and government markets. As Padcom’s CFO, Bill was responsible for developing the financial plans that allowed Padcom to receive over $40 million in debt and equity financing. Following Padcom’s successful patent infringement suit and merger with NetMotion Wireless in 2006, Bill left Padcom to start his own private consulting practice before joining Jackson Cross Partners.

Bill is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Bill received his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Penn State University in 1988. He was born and raised in the Lehigh Valley and currently resides there with his wife and their three children.
