Patty Toth obtained her Real Estate Sales license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in 1979 and has worked in real estate her entire career. Most of those years were devoted to residential and commercial property management, leasing and sales.

Formerly Patty has worked for Campbell Commercial Real Estate assisting in the sales and leasing of office, warehouse and retail space in the greater Harrisburg area. After managing over 1.8 million square feet of commercial properties for an area developer and property management company she joined Jackson Cross Partners, LLC based in King of Prussia, PA.

For Jackson Cross Partners, LLC., Patty works as Transaction Manager in the Commercial Real Estate Department, where her duties include the negotiation of leases nationwide for one of their largest clients, Select Medical Corporation.

As a Landlord Representative, Patty has negotiated leases with national companies such as University of Phoenix, Nextel/Sprint, Verizon, First Health, Philadelphia Insurance and many more.

Patty is an active member of the Greater Harrisburg Realtors, PA Realtors Association, National Realtors Association, Industrial Commercial Investors (ICI), Greater Harrisburg Realtor’s Foundation, Harrisburg’s branch of Habitat for Humanity, Mechanicsburg Galleries and School of Art, and the Perry County Art Association.
