Nick Adams is an Associate with the Jackson Cross Partners, LLC (JCP) Commercial Real Estate Department specializing in Industrial and Flex style projects in Montgomery, Bucks, Lehigh and Berks Counties. He began his career with JCP in 2006, working in its Industrial Group. Prior to that, Nick successfully managed his family owned restaurant business for twenty years. His experience as an independent business person enables him to understand his clients’ needs and deliver service rooted in market expertise with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.
Nick is actively representing building owners, developers, buyers and tenants in his market. To date Nick has transacted over a half million Square Feet of Flex, Warehouse and Office space in his selective market.
Nick is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and has a Bachelor of Science degree from West Chester University. He is a member of the Tri-State Commercial Realtors Alliance and is currently completing his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Nick, an active member of the community, is a volunteer member of the Montgomery County chapter of Habitat for Humanity. He resides with his wife and three children in Collegeville, Pennsylvania.
