Neena Pine, Esq.

Neena is a licensed attorney in the Jackson Cross Advisory Services Group. She has been with Jackson Cross Partners since May of 2004 working in real estate portfolio and project management.

Neena has been involved with multiple Advisory projects including the legal review and imaging of real estate portfolio documents for a major fast-food restaurant chain with 18,000+ properties, file review and abstracting for a national sporting goods retailer, reconstructing real estate transactions to populate over 1,400 property records in a client database for an international bank, as well as legal compliance review for a retailer looking to introduce new products into select markets.

She has been an integral part of standardizing internal training procedures and processes for the company and participated in the development of an OSCRE compliant lease abstract template for Tririga, a real estate lifecycle management software and services company. Neena is also one of the Co-Op Liaisons for the students from the Drexel University School of Law Co-Op Program.
