John Bown joined Jackson Cross Partners, LLC as a Sales Associate in the Wilmington, Delaware Region, Office Leasing & Sales Division. Prior to joining Jackson Cross Partners, John worked at Firstrust Bank in the Commercial Lending and Risk Management Groups. In this role he worked closely with senior loan officers as well as credit and portfolio managers.

Additionally, John has worked for RT Environmental Services of King of Prussia. While working as part of the Remediation Group at RT Environmental, he worked exclusively on the remediation and redevelopment of a former landfill located in Bellmawr, NJ.

John has experience as a Property Manager at Industrial Investment Inc, where he contributed to the redevelopment of the former Warminster Naval Airbase. At Industrial Investments he was also responsible for developing marketing strategies for the multi-tenant, mixed use complex.

John earned his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Division I rower and actively involved in university philanthropy. He grew up in Gwynedd Valley Pennsylvania and attended Chestnut Hill Academy. John currently resides in East Falls.
