Jim Young is an industrial advisor with Jackson Cross Partners. He brings 23 years of commercial real estate experience to the position, with over 16 years as a specialist in the Southern New Jersey area. Jim is actively involved in all areas of industrial real estate including tenant representation, the acquisition and disposition of facilities and sites, build-to-suit analysis, sale-leasebacks, site selection analysis and exclusive agency responsibility. He has successfully completed significant assignments with clients that include Del Monte, Bank of America, AmeriSource, Metrologic Instruments, General Signal, GE Capital, Jack Morton Company and United Stationers. In 2006 Mr. Young earned the distinguished CoreNet Global Master of Commercial Real Estate (MCR) designation. This achievement puts him in a select group of service providers worldwide and communicates special competence and successful experience as a corporate real estate expert.
Jim received a B.A. from Denison University and is a licensed Salesperson in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is an active member of Corenet Global, a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), and a member of the Tri-State Commercial Industrial Association.
