Fred has over 25 years of experience in the business including The Hesser Group which practiced tenant representation at the highest level. Fred will be pushing the brokerage envelope and developing business for the Transaction Management platform.
Frederic M. Hesser is an Account Executive for Jackson Cross Partners. He first entered the Commercial Real Estate industry in 1982, when he joined The Binswanger Company as a broker in their center city Philadelphia office. In 1985, Fred became Director of Leasing for a large regional office developer, Acorn Development Corp. There, he was responsible for the leasing of over one million square feet of office space in five markets.
In 1991, Fred started The Hesser Group, a tenant advisory firm. Through The Hesser Group, he has executed over 200 lease transactions in more than 30 markets throughout the United States.

- Reliance Insurance in New Jersey, Massachusetts, Ohio and Pennsylvania
- NeighborCare (a subsidiary of Genesis Health) advisor on over 30 transactions in Columbus, Cincinnati, Chicago, St. Louis, Kansas City, Dallas, L.A., San Francisco, Boston and Atlanta
- Goodwill in Delaware and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Hesser holds a Bachelor’s Degree from The University of South Florida and a Pennsylvania Broker’s License.
