Eric Gorman entered the business in 1987 as property manager and leasing representative for Equitec Properties Company, a nationally syndicated real estate investment company, then joined Rouse & Associates, the predecessor to Liberty Property Trust, and finally Balcor Properties Company.

In 1996 Eric joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Asset Services department where he was responsible for growing the portfolio from 3.5MM square feet under management to over 15MM square feet and completing more than 150,000 square feet of leasing during his first year. He was Cushman & Wakefield’s Rookie of the year in 1996 and in 1998 joined Cushman & Wakefield’s brokerage department where he was a top producer for Cushman’s suburban leasing team.

Eric pulls from his twenty years of real estate experience working with institutional owners, developers, pension funds, and real estate consulting firms and is able to deliver that to his customers, providing insight and experience which is unmatched in the industry.

He has represented Cisco Systems, Kemper Insurance Company, Met-Life, Amoco, Equitable/Lend Lease, and the American Cancer Society, the County of Chester, DeLage Landen, Prentiss Properties, Preferred Properties, HRPT, AMC Delancey, Amerimar among others. Over his 20 years of experience representing both tenants and landlords, Eric has completed more than 300 transactions representing more than 4 million feet and $350 million in sales and leasing. Eric’s success stems from his extensive multi-disciplined background and his ability to marry his financial, development, operational and leasing experience to his clients’ needs.

Eric is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from the College of William & Mary in 1987. Eric lives with his wife Jennifer and three children, Liam, Jillian and Finn in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
