David Mackey is an Account Manager with Jackson Cross Partners in the Commercial Real Estate Services Department of the King of Prussia, Pa.,office. With more than 25 years of commercial leasing, marketing, development and management experience, David has represented institutional and entrepreneurial investors in multiple markets, in both Florida and Pennsylvania.

Prior to joining Jackson Cross Partners, David operated his own brokerage and advisory business, Mackey Real Estate in Malvern, Pa. for the last 6 years. Previously, David was Director of Development for Liberty Property Trust in Malvern, where he was responsible for the Liberty Ridge and Quarry Ridge developments, and Regional Director of Brandywine Realty Trust in Newtown Square. Prior to joining Brandywine, David was Vice President of Premisys Marketing Services, an affiliate Prudential Realty Group in downtown Philadelphia from 1993-1997. From 1985-1992, David was employed by The Linpro Company, a national real estate development company in the Boca Raton, Florida office, as Partner, Director of Operations and Director of Marketing, and previously with CB Richard Ellis’ Fort Lauderdale office from 1982- 1984. David began his real estate career with Fidelity Bank in Philadelphia in 1981.

Over his career, David has been directly responsible for more than 3.0 msf of commercial leasing, including complex leases with major corporations, and 450 acres of commercial and residential development, including significant land development approvals and sales.

David is a Licensed Real Estate Broker in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and received his Bachelor’s Degree from The Pennsylvania State University, with an emphasis in Real Estate and Insurance, in 1980. David has participated in Leadership Programs and professional sales training, and is an avid antique map collector.

David presently resides in Wayne, Pa.
