Ms. Perose joined Jackson Cross in 2006 where she currently serves as Executive Director, Production and Systems for the Advisory Services Team and the Industrial Real Estate Group. Chris’ Production oversight includes Contract Administration for Clients and Vendors as well as the preparation and approval of project payables and receivables. She tracks project inventories, workflows and deadlines to generate real time data that is used by project leaders for their manpower assignments. Chris’ role as Director of Systems includes the customization and maintenance of project and company software, as well as end user training. She manages client and industry specific platforms, including REViewer™, a process and document management tool, and the TRIRIGA®, Enterprise Workplace Management product suite, an Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) for Real Estate and Facilities Management. Chris’ work also covers the company CRM tool which houses approximately 30,000 contacts, their secure ftp site and basic office software such as Microsoft® Office products.
Chris began her career in the Construction Management and Facilities Management industries. While at D’Huy Engineering, Inc. of Bethlehem, PA and Riverview Realty and Development of Hartford, CT, she managed duties such as Contract Administration and IT Coordination. Later, as an employee of a national construction management firm, The Norwood Company of Malvern, PA, Ms. Perose started as a Project Administrator on their construction team and went on to serve as their Training Coordinator.
Prior to joining Jackson Cross Partners, Chris was licensed in 2005 as a Pennsylvania Real Estate Salesperson where she served as a Buyers’ Representative and Sellers’ Listing Agent in Chester and Montgomery Counties with Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors of Exton, PA.
