Ann Bailey is a CCIM and investment broker who joined Jackson Cross Partners in 2010. Ann specializes in the sale of multi-family properties in the Tri-State region and has over 27 years real estate experience in the marketing of investment product including apartments and office buildings. Ann was employed by the original Jackson Cross Company for sixteen years.
She holds brokers' licenses in PA, NJ, DE and FL and has represented both institutional and private clients, including Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, and Bank of America.
She is a native Philadelphian who spends time in both the downtown area and southern Delaware. She is also a member of Kings Creek Country Club and an avid golfer.
