Philadelphia, PA – October 19, 2009 – King of Prussia, PA (October 2009) – Jackson Cross Partners, LLC today announced that Springhouse Education & Consulting Services, Inc. signed a long-term lease at 8 Penn Center.
“This is a new location for Springhouse Education & Consulting Services, and will enable them to more effectively serve their growing client base in center city Philadelphia and the surrounding area,” said James S. Leanos, SIOR of Jackson Cross Partners. “The fact that 8 Penn Center offers direct access to Suburban Station and SEPTA’s high speed commuter rail system was a factor in the final choice since the location offers convenient rail access to businesses throughout the Delaware Valley. The lease totaled 2,215 square feet.”

Havertown, PA - October 13, 2009 - Jackson Cross Partners, LLC today announced they have been named exclusive sales agent by Stratford Friends School for a 19,000 square foot school building. The property is located at 5 Llandillo Road in Havertown, PA.
“We are honored to have been chosen for this assignment by Stratford Friends School,” said John Morrissey of Jackson Cross Partners. “The two-story, stone building was originally the Llanerch School in Haverford Township and later served as a municipal building. Stratford Friends recently acquired a new property for their school.”
